  • How do I care for my tattoo?
Information about the transparent wound plaster: The transparent wound plaster ensures particularly quick and easy wound healing. It protects your fresh tattoo and ensures optimal wound care in the first few days. It is elastic like a second skin, breathable and protects against external influences. Instructions: After 5 days, slowly and carefully remove the patch under clear, lukewarm water. Once the patch is removed, wash your tattoo thoroughly with clean hands and clear, lukewarm water. Please let the tattoo air dry briefly. Once it has dried, apply a suitable tattoo cream to it. Make sure that your hands are washed carefully before applying cream. Warning: Your tattoo may look blurry under the bandage - this is normal. Sometimes the corners of the patch peel off and/or leak fluid before the recommended 5 days. In this case, you should remove the plaster completely as the protective effect of the plaster is no longer guaranteed. Caring for your tattoo: You should now apply a thin layer of tattoo cream to your tattoo 3-4 times a day for the next 3 weeks. The skin may be a little drier than usual and slightly itchy. In the worst case, scratching the tattoo can lead to inflammation, loss of color and scarring. Therefore: NEVER scratch! You should avoid bathing, going to the sauna, solarium or swimming pool, or direct sunlight for the first 4 weeks, as this can delay or disrupt wound healing. You should also avoid any sporting activities for the next 5 days. Tips: A fresh tattoo is an open wound, so please pay particular attention to wound hygiene! The more carefully you care for your tattoo, the more beautiful the end result will be. If your tattoo has completely healed after 4-6 weeks, you can maintain its color intensity for years and decades by using a sun cream with a high sun protection factor, because UV radiation causes tattoos to fade after just a few months. If you have any questions about care or other topics relating to your tattoo, you can reach us at 030/44034433, we will be happy to help you!
